Boswellia serrata

Boswellia serrata has been used for thousands of years for health purposes. The resin of the Boswellia serrata tree contains substances (boswellic acids) that help keep joints supple and preserve cartilage.

Curcuma longa

Curcumin is the primary bioactive substance in turmeric and is often used to maintain joint mobility. Used together with boswellia, these two herbs have a synergistic effect on joint health.

Stinging nettle

Stinging nettle is a nutritious plant with various health benefits. It contributes to a healthy blood flow and thus to a better nutrient and waste product supply and removal. Plus, it can help strengthen the immune system.

Black currant

Meadowsweet
